Accessory dwelling units are Eugene's smartest move — for aging parents, rental income, a home office, or the kid who isn't quite ready to leave. No. Eugene dropped the owner-occupancy requirement, so an ADU can be a pure rental.
How long does permitting take?
A custom ADU can take 6–8 months through permitting. The pre-approved Domino skips most of that.
